Dragon Knights
De Dragonknights edelen zijn een oude orde van Dragonblood ridders die zwoeren trouw aan Ghaomir, de oude en opperste Dragon God.
Eens menselijk, werden de geesten van de dapperste voorvaderen onder de orde doordrenkt met het bloed van de heilige draak, die hen in onsterfelijke schepselen van grote macht en wijsheid verandert.
Onder de meest geprezen helden van deze ridderorde, de skalds zingen nog steeds over de wijze Scramax leider, de Battlemage; en de brutale "one man's army" Nasmaraax, de Destroyer, wyverns moordenaar, een krachtige barbaar van onevenredige afmetingen, woest als een woedende draak.
Honderden jaren geleden, tijdens de epische strijd om de stad Torm, vochten de Dragonguard en het vechtersgilde dapper tegen Tialevor's troepen en zijn leger van Soulless en Ashen Alfar.
Zelfs de legendarische Draak Ornithaax, zoon van de God Dragon Ghaomir, nam deel aan de strijd, gedecimeerd de gelederen van de huidige Tiran-God.
In het Tijdperk van as leeft de Dragonguard-orde in totale afzondering, in afwachting van de opstanding van de gerespecteerde Ghaomir om de Tiran God van zijn troon te verdrijven.
